What is Vispae?
Vispae builds custom, branded AI Telegram assistants that answer questions, reduce support workload, and surface hot leads. Assistants learn from your website, documents, and prompts, and speak in your on-brand voice.
Does the assistant actually sell?
Yes — as a sales assistant. It answers questions, handles objections, recommends plans, and captures hot leads so your team can close. It does not process payments; handoff is to your checkout or sales team.
How fast can we go live?
Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after we receive your inputs: business name, Telegram bot username, your site/docs/prompts, and the plan you’d like.

What counts as an interaction?
1 interaction = one user message + one assistant reply.
What are the plan limits?
Starter: 10k interactions/mo, 5-min memory window, max output ≈ 220 tokens. Pro: 20k interactions/mo, 5-min memory window, max output ≈ 300 tokens. Advanced: 40k interactions/mo, 10-min memory window, max output ≈ 350 tokens. Enterprise: 80k interactions/mo, 20-min memory window, max output ≈ 400 tokens.
Analytics & leads
Is analytics included?
Included on Advanced and Enterprise. Add-on for Starter ($15/mo) and Pro ($10/mo). You get weekly reports (choose the send time) and on-demand reports in your Telegram analytics panel: top query topics, sentiment & complaints, hot leads, AI suggestions, saved hours, and content gaps/broken links.
How does lead capture & handoff work?
We detect buying intent from real conversations and surface hot leads in your Telegram analytics panel (default cap ~10/week; higher limits later). Your team follows up in Telegram or your CRM — no extra forms required.
Can I export analytics?
Exports are planned. If you need a custom export now, message us on Telegram and we’ll help.
Payments & refunds
What payments do you accept?
Crypto (TON, BTC, USDT, ETH), Payeer, WebMoney, and Telegram Stars. You’ll receive payment instructions after placing an order.
Trials & refunds
Free 1-day trial. Refunds: 80% within 48 hours of payment; 60% within 7 days. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Setup & support
What content can the bot learn from?
Your website, docs, PDFs, and structured prompts. We keep responses on-brand and refresh as your content changes.
