Who we are
Vispae builds AI-powered Telegram assistants for customer support, lead capture, and analytics. You can contact us anytime at @VispaeSupport.
Data we collect
- Order & onboarding info: business name, Telegram bot username, website URLs, preferred plan/term, and the training brief/links you provide to configure your assistant.
- Assistant interactions: messages sent to your Telegram assistant and the assistant’s replies (for analytics, quality, and troubleshooting). You control what sources the assistant can use (e.g., your website, documents, or prompts).
- Analytics events (summary): top query topics, sentiment trends, recurring complaints, lead signals, and meta stats like volume and estimated time saved.
- Website analytics: we use privacy-friendly Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal profiles).
- Support messages: messages you send us on Telegram or email.
How we use data
- To set up and operate your assistant (training, deployment, maintenance).
- To generate weekly and on-demand analytics in Telegram.
- To improve accuracy and performance (prompt tuning, evaluation).
- To provide support and resolve issues you report.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract — to deliver the service you ordered (set up your assistant, run analytics, provide support).
- Legitimate interests — to improve quality, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
- Consent — where required (e.g., if you ask us to crawl specific data sources or store certain training material).
Retention
- Training material and assistant logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, analytics, and support, then deleted or anonymized.
- You can request deletion of specific training inputs or logs at any time (see Your rights).
International transfers
We may process and store data in locations outside your country. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) or rely on vendor compliance frameworks.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access control, least privilege, encrypted transport, and restricted retention).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data. Contact @VispaeSupport and we’ll help.
Request a copy of your data and export where feasible.
Ask us to delete specific training inputs, logs, or your account data.
Telegram & third-party platforms
Telegram is a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy. Messages you or your users send to your assistant travel through Telegram’s infrastructure. We process the content only to operate your assistant and provide analytics/support.
Payments
We accept crypto (TON, BTC, USDT, ETH), Payeer, WebMoney, and Telegram Stars. If you pay through those services, their privacy practices apply for the payment itself.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under the age required by local law. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us to delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be announced via our channel.
